Man, whatta beauty! But alas, I live in Atlanta and have no place to store it until we re-do our kitchen...

But I want a Flair SO bad!

Ai-yi-yi--whatta beauty! And considering the neighborhood, at a very decent price, too. It breaks my heart to see how many MCMs off Briarcliff and Lavista have been razed for McMansions...

Somebody save it!

MCM can be tough to find in Savannah; this might be might be a nice opportunity for some mod lover in the area!

Well, I don't know if your computer is set up for Adobe or Javascript, but if so, this color theory program might be useful for painting your bathrooms...

It's great fun for creating color schemes. :D

Hey, that house is just down the street from mine! Won't you be my neighbor? :) Interesting history about that house; it's one of the few homes in Northcrest that wasn't built by the original P&K builders. Something to do with the lots being close to a creek bank, I think. Still, I'm happy to re...

Came across this interesting home form Craigslist: http://www.jackliles.com/ListingDetails.aspx?key=2670d938-cadc-1029-b179-e8459e4da44f Admittedly, it's not very mod, but it has a nice character and good bones, I think. With some minor re-vamping and different furniture, it could be really somethin...

Unfortunately, no interior pics; I'd really love to see that kitchen that needs "updating". I've driven past the house, though, and it's on a BIG lot.

Hey Dorisday, Aah, Bonview Lane--there are some killer mod houses on that street! The 1154 house has been on the market for some time; at least 18 months, maybe longer. I seem to recall it was initially listed in low 600s. I'm glad to see they've lowered the price, but I hope agents aren't suggestin...

Interesting! That house has been on the market for a while; I remember seeing the listing for it last year. I even drove by the area, where I discovered some fantastic MCMs (and some with horrible remodeling jobs). The home is in a highly desirable neighborhood; if i won the lottery, I'd take it off...

$1.5 mill is lot of money, but you sure get a lot of land! I like the front of the house, too; it looks very tranquil.

WOW, Sputnikmoss--I love your kitchen! Envyenvyenvy... Well, I was too late for the oven; the owner got an offer from a buyer who wants it for parts. Perhaps it's just as well, since I'd have to put the oven into storage until I got our kitchen redone. Thanks you all for your Flair testimonials! :D ...

Anybody here own one? If so, how do you like it? What about dislikes? The reason I ask is because there's Frigidaire Flair on a local ATL Craigslist posting; free to anbody who can haul it away! The poster claims that despite some rust and TLC, it still works well enough. Nonetheless, I'd be interes...

Lookrite,

Is it the house next door to the "rent to own" or the other FSBO? If it's the one I'm thinking (from the street, it looks like a single-level ranch), that house has been on the market for a few months. I could inquire about it for you, if you like.

Take care,
