I've checked the RA site. They don't list hotels, motels etc....In fact, most of the stuff they do list in the area isn't that cool at all or is no longer in existence. I really just need advice on a hotel at this point.

Dixie Bedroom Set

Although not "modern", it is from the 40's-50's. I have a 5 piece Dixie By Drexel bedroom set. It's in excellent condition. The set consists of (1) 6 drawer dresser w/ mirror, (1) 6 drawer tall lingerie chest, (1) 3 drawer gentlemen's dresser, (1) 4 drawer chest and a headboard. Any idea o...

I'm a little confused. These are Tax assessed values? How could my old house only be worth $45,000. I certainly didn't pay taxes for a home valued at that price. I also paid three times too much for my new home?

50's vs 60's vs 70's vs today

My home was built in 1964. It has maintained it's charm. We are the second owners. The original owners did very little to diminish it's "coolness". Many original fixtures are still in place and ,with the exception of newer carpet and paint ,appears to be the way it was from the beginning. This house...

I lived in a Lustron in college. The house next door was a Lustron , too. I see them around Indy every once in awhile. There are three within 5 miles of my house right now. Those are cold houses in the winter and they amplify rain big time. My neighbor at the time actually bought his new. He would c...
