2nd listing

Yup I peeked in (the back sgd was unlocked) when it was for sale a while back in the original condition and it was atrocious, and it looked like an unpermitted garage addition did they revert it back to a garage. This was originally a 5 br model and the made the MBR larger by adding br5 to the MBR. ...

Dunno if it was the first but

It musta been one of the early ones in Pomona next to (then) Boys Market at Holt and Indian Hill. I remember that originally there was mini golf course next door, they demo'd it circa late 1950's and built a Danny's then later as in the other comments they changed the signage to put both and a and e...

Even I have a better mailbox than that, it's secure, it's too hard to steal from mine, but as a slight plus the Elrod house is most likely on a gated street.

There's one

why they always (often) gotta play modern architecture as cold and un-friendly?

Yup true in the video esp. the interior shots look like that...............
if they'd do it like the Eames but then again I guess it's the point of the video.

I've seen

The pics and unless they moved into one the pic showed a typical ranch suburban s. SF bay area tract house not an eichler.
I thought tho that it was Wozniak that had lived in an Eichler? I think it was featured in the eichlernetwork.com website.

So anyone know-Modern Tract in Ventura Ca.

There's a tract with interspersed modern homes south of Ventura College- you enter on Claremont Drive. I happened to drive by and took a detour. There's modern and traditional, the moderns have clerestory windows, they kind look like P&K and look circa mid 50's. Anyone happen to have more info.?

Hmm

Wonder if this is the same homes that extend over to Woodland Lane-I used to have relatives that lived in that tract. now when I google street view their house it's been Home Depot traditionalized-sad I always thought their house was kinda cool lookin, they took out the clerestory windows and such.
