Hi, FG. The Fulton Mall was found eligible to be listed in the National Register, but it was not listed due to a lack of clarity of who owns the right of way (property owners on the Mall or the City of Fresno). Nevertheless, because it was found eligible to the National Register, the Mall was automa...

Good catch! Beautifull sofa.

Here's a similar one (different legs) attributed to Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin. Does it still have the Thayer Coggin label under the seat?

That's a nice one, AJ. It is one of the early upholstered models, since the edging is stitched naughahyde. Later on (mid-60s) the edging was reinforced with the rubber u-band. Cool color too.

These eames side chairs with contract aluminum base are going for ~$250 on eBay if they're in good shape. Joe: your Naugahyde cover can be pulled over the shell by applying heat to it with a hair dryer. Just spend some time heating the edge that is pulled of until it softens, the pull it and slide t...

1955 Thermador Oven and Range - $150

These two items came from a 1955 Cliff May home that was being gutted & would like to find them a new home. As far as I know they worked when the home was intact. These would be great for a restoration project on a Mid-Century Modern home. Due to their size & weight, pick up only please. Not...

T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb?

Ran into this set today at a local store. The chairs and table have many of the traits of Robsjohn-Gibbings, but I'm not sure they are actually it. The wood looks like a stripped mahogany (very beautiful), and the upholstery is a very nice and heavy duty mohair fabric (needs a serious cleaning). Any...

The solution depends on the treatment the floor received after the previous polishing (if any). If it was treated with a penetrating sealer, wax buffing is the only option. If not sealed previously, maybe this is the time to do it, followed by waxing. If the substrate is not sealed prior to waxing, ...

My photographic memory recalls seeing those chairs before. I believe they're either Van Keppel-Green or Allan Gould. Regardless of the source, they are important design and I'd be careful about who restores them.

I'll investigate further.
