Thanks everyone, and Yes, I have since hung the artwork :) I was waiting until I got everything framed and proberly placed. As for the bathroom and all the counters, I am 6'4" and had everything placed several inches taller so it works well, for me. I did all of this knowing that I am not going...

And here it is, a couple years later. I absolulty love the space and how it turned out. It was a lot of work for such a small space, but we ended up taking it to the studs and starting from scratch.

Hello all, Well, I pulled back the carpet in my new apartment and it revealed the orig. VCT (i'm assuming) tiles from 1958. They are warped and in very bad shape, very brittle.
