saw this on facebook. an accurate comparison would be a Tech-Built home as they had multi-levels and shapes similar to this. also mostly east-coast and mid-west.

Yours has suffered horrible remodels, but the structure is good.

considering the Eichler family is not involved in building these homes, does not make sense to call the Eichlers.

most Cliff May prefabs used sheet rock on the ceiling, only exposing the ridge beams and side beams. I know a few homes in Long Beach got open ceilings as a builder's choice.
