The only change seems to have been eliminating the pond in front of the building; removing the ficus trees in the giant planters and refusing to plant annuals in the circular planters and having an ugly cactus style planter instead, although the new lobby is great.

What about the restaurants?

In 2005, Stockbridge Capital Partners bid $275 million for the 238-acre property. It seems only 90 acres are slated for development, but maybe that is just Phase I.
