This house is one of the most remarkable residential architectural achievements of the past 100 years and counting! Obviously it was horribly neglected for decades (think "Grey Gardens") but it is equally obviously capable of being restored to its full glory. All it takes is the right pers...

Winnetka, CA - Gilbert Leong designed Pool Home

Check out our new listing in Winnetka designed by Gilbert Leong. The owners restored the breezeway between the garage and house, installed parquet floors in the main living areas and polished concrete in the kitchen and baths. Taking cues from the Cliff May ranchos, they wrapped the house in board a...

Yes, we are still showing the house and are waiting to finalize cancellation of the previous escrow, so by all means, contact us to arrange a showing! (There are current back-up offers in negotiation, but nothing has been accepted yet, so there is still time).

The price was reduced to $750,000. It is on an enormous street-to-street lot in the Sherman Oaks Hills just north of Mulholland Drive. I see this house as it should be, as it once was, and as it could be again, for not that much $. What an amazing opportunity for someone with vision. We will be open...

According to the previous owner, the house was originally designed and built by James Hodges in 1961 as his own residence. The quality of construction shows that he took a lot of care to build it well and to last. It is a really beautiful home and is situated north and uphill from the rear athletic ...

For someone working in Alhambra or Pasadena or the San Gabriel Valley or downtown the location may be ideal... Market disectio...

I just have to ask - what's with the negativity... I agree!!! Here is a house that was in very neglected shape a few years ago and could easily have been demolished or badly remodeled. Instead it was very thoughtfully and beautifully restored. That is the main point of what we do. If we can find bu...

Thanks, Joe..It IS a great opportunity. Paint and flooring alone would do wonders. It appears the house was kept up and has been lived in lightly through the decades.
