I had a 1971 DSpecial for 7 years and 145,000 miles. I miss that car (except the less than stellar heater - it was a cold drive in Denver in the winters!).

Dad saw one of these on the road back then. He said the high pitched jet engine noise was unmistable. Chrysler had one on display at the Denver Auto Show last year - it was fun seeing one up close.

Here's my 47 Cadillac. I've been restoring her for 6 years, after picking her up on Ebay from someone in Pennsylvania. Hi, Believe it or not, I was picking up garden supplies at Kmart one day about 3 years ago, and there were a stack of these copper tiki torches.
