If your starting small, i would start with either mcm pottery(bauer, california pottery, etc.) or try to find some good MCM artwork. Carlo is one of the best artists, rare and somewhat expensive...but really one of the best in my opinion.(check ebay.) Check out Atomicwarehouse.com for some good ideas,...

Could anyone tell me...

Who designed the contour chair that was sold over infomercials etc? Kitschy to the max, but I love them! I own a gold one from the 50s. I'd love to know any information about them or the company. -Luke. Not mine, but an ok example.(although the picture is crushed.) http://i461.photobucket.com/albums...

I would go with primary colors, and do one chair red and the other yellow.

That way, it's the original colors, and the room has some primary elements to it.

red, yellow, blue.

Can anybody tell me about CARLO?

Hey, Can anybody tell me anything about the 50's artist CARLO?

I know that's how he signed his work, and that he framed all of his own pieces. They have some pretty over the top frames. Other than that, idk much about him.

I was just wondering history and market value today.

Thanks.
