This is a great thread.
I love the minimal look, but am obsessed with STUFF.
Its so hard (for me) to let go... Im also a deal hunter, so I pick cool things up with the intention of flipping but that rarely happens :roll: ...
I like the idea of putting rooms on a schedule for cleanout.
