Nice pictures. It's interesting to note Thornton Ladd took down a 40 room, 10,000 sqft. mansion that was built on that site in the 1920's. It was designed by David Adler of Adler and Sullivan, Chicago.

There is another guest house of the owners at 1028 Glen Oaks that is also Mid-Century and for sale. www.realtor.com/Prop/1061717971

Last year the owner sold his house at 1024 Glen Oaks that was designed by Buff & Hensman. Nice collection !

I just rented out my driveway to Warner Bros. for filming of their show The Closer, titled " Mom's Duty ". Said to be the 3rd show of the new season. The locations guy just asked how much I wanted I said $1,000.oo. We agreed to $800.oo. Everything went good and I enjoyed watching them work.
