Nice ranch. Now stop teasing and post some more pics!
By the way, who was the builder / architect? It looks like it has many characteristics of the Scholz ranches.

http://www.supercircuits.com Get black & white cameras with minimum of 0.05 LUX. Go for the 0 LUX with infrared illumination for the best eyes in the dark. B&W sees much better than color in the dark. Do yourself a favor and use a digital type recorder- not VHS. We use external switchers/seq...

I still haven't figured out a design or plan number yet, even with the pics I posted. I have a compilation that I am going to send to Scholz Design and see if they can identify it.

Here are some pics along with sketching of the floor plan. Note- the floor is not to scale.

This is the exact house we are trying to find original plans, blueprints or floor plans/elevations for.

That is exactly them!
I am sketching a floor plan of the house and will scan it and post it with some other pics. Hopefully, I can even come up with a house or plan number.

Scholz homes

Does anyone have any information on Scholz designed "California" contemporary ranches from the 60-64 era? There is one that we bid on in PA and didn't get. We did find out that Scholz designed this home and was one of his 22 designs. This particular ranch had an aluminum Overly roof that c...

The only real downside is that the houses to each side (ranches) are like 15 feet away. In the back yard, you have a large pink 2.5 storie McMansion about 100' feet from the rear of the house.

Original MCM plans

Hello all. I'm new to the Forum. I live near Pittsburgh, PA and am looking to build a "new" MCM. I've searched many weeks for original plans and have come up with nothing. I did purchase some 50's/60' home plans books on eBay, but the companies are out of business and still cannot come up ...
