Joshua Tree Ranger Station/Info Center

just north of I-10. Anyone know if there is an architect attached to the design of this structure? Wexler? Has those Neutra signature turn-down beam/posts. http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8525/8531585225_cb69cecd13_z.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8524/8531584969_3365cfab8d_z.jpg

Royal Hawaiian Estates, Donald Wexler 1960

Anyone have a floor plan and/or interior images for these condos? I discovered them behind the Caliente Tropics last week in Palm Springs. Very nice!

Neutra's Hailey House...

absolute perfection.

The plan and originality of this house is perfect. Neutra's smallest homes are his best.

Ellwood and Soriano seem to have led the field in the use of light steel framing and shop-built cabinet units which acted as partitions. Did others do so as well ? SDR Soriano's Eichler in Palo Alto is one of my favorites http://www.trianglemodernisthouses.com/Soriano-Saunders1.jpg
