Thank you both so much. SoftSupply, I would love to have you be our neighbor. It is my very favorite neighborhood. I have driven and walked it (and dragged my family to see it) a hundred times. The neighbors that I have met seem very neighborly. It was so beautiful last night as we were leaving, jus...

we have the keys!

We are super excited. We have just received the keys of our (dream) house. I haven't been able to post about until now because there had been some interest and offers after we made our offer and I did not want to jinx things. Anyway, we have the keys and we are ecstatic. Perks has generously allowed...

We took a little tour, too. I really liked the house and was amazed at how original it was. We were disappointed that we did not see it until the day before the auction. If we were not in escrow, we would seriously consider it. It is is a terrific house. I hope that someone appreciates it gets it.

The toilets are grouted in and are pink in completely original bathrooms (in a completely original house). I must keep the toilets. I am afriad that removing and replacing the toilets for the inspection would damge them or the bathroom. Is there a way to retrofit the toilet so that it is low flow an...

Does anyone know if there is a way around the low flow requirements? We are in the process of purchasing a MCM and do not want the original toilets replaced.
