that's ok

It was a very busy open house over here in The Living Conditioned Homes neighborhood.

Sorry that you made the trek to Orange only to be disappointed. I always enjoy walking around the Eichler neighborhoods there.

We went to the open house today. It was open from 1-4. What time did you go?

The house looks great. If you are interested I would make an appointment to see it. I know that they have an offer but are accepting other offers for several more days.

Hi Perks- no, it is not that one! It is on Canby! Hi Mr. C., I do not know if one of the bedrooms has been converted to the office. I really can not remember. You should give Craig a call! He will have all the info. I think that it is now being shown to a few select clients, as a sort of a preview.

I think that both chairs upholstered in white would be very nice. It would allow your sofa to be the one shot of color.

The Living Conditioned Homes

Hi Mr. C., The Living Conditioned Homes are on Blackhawk, Hiawatha, Minnehaha, Canby and Devonshire; East of Reseda. They end about half way to Etiwanda. There are also some P & K homes that are the same models, on San Jose, but my (original owner) neighbor said that those homes were not part of...

Northridge, CA Palmer & Krisel MCM Living Conditioned H

I just spoke with our (very nice) neighbor and found out that they are going to to be listing their house in about two weeks. They have a great house designed by Palmer and Krisel in the Living Conditioned Homes neighborhood. It was the construction office when the neighborhood was being built and s...

Congratulations!!

Congratulations!! I am so glad that you love your home! It is truly fabulous!! Did you get to keep the hanging lights in the master bedroom? The table lamps throughout the house were very cool, too, but I would imagine that they were not left by the previous owner. I love your idea of the right shad...

I really appreciate your posting of events! You always come up with the best! It would be helpful for me if there was a bit more advance notice, since I like to fill my book. The last minute listings are nice if I am looking something spur of the moment but often we are already booked.

What a super house!! I went on the entire visual tour and then, like Perks, I laughed out loud when I saw the price. What a cool, cool house, fantastic yard and great location. It is terrific that you get most of the furnishing, too. I really like the kitchen floors!!

Great job! Love your house!
