I really like the square pattern the tiles left on you floor. It adds charecter.

I need to go to Urban Outfitters more often; my friends always end up with the best finds from there.

I love your house and the colors that you have chosen. Especially that orange beam! I like your first plan much better. (Hope that does not hurt your feelings!) It looks very simple and clean (and modern). I am needing help with our landscape plan. I hope that you won't mind if I copy your idea and ...

We were just starting to think about landscaping today, too. We have the architectural renderings that show concrete pavers leading form the door to the street. So that is definitely what we want to do. Thank you for all the great information and ideas! I will look into a/c slabs and take a visit to...

We have been through 17000 Lisette a couple of times. I like the house a lot but it is right on Balboa which is very busy and noisy. The other drawbacks, in my opinion, were the very small backyard, the sixties paneling and the wall mounted air condtioning units. We went to see the house last spring...

Hi Perks!

Thank you for the Been-e-do review. It sounds like so much hard work. I am not looking forward to it. Have you posted more pictures of your progress? We would really like to come by this weekend to say hello, and to see everything and get a demo.

Very Best,
