Seems that in these 2 trade secrets houses all the walls are demountable & have bolts connecting them to the ceiling. This is so the walls can be re partitioned as needed. One of the owners even mentioned that they had built in shelving in one partition that they rotated to face the powder room ...

jesgord- We used that orange stripper from Home Depot. Just painted it on with a brush & waited an hour or so until the paint & stain luffed right off. Although I still ended up using a belt sander with a rough grit- then an orbital with a fine grit. What really helps is scaffolding that put...
