our l.a. home was around 2400sq' (AQ Jones Eichler) our vegas home is around 1700 sq' (P&K) each is/was more than sufficient for 2 people and a roommate - with plenty of elbow room. the indoor/outdoor living element doesn't hurt on useable space, though, and is part of the equation of required l...
