The pics from the last time that it was listed were better but, didn't include that very cool pic of that built in suspended bed. I did a drive buy previously and the area is very r...

Has anyone been to this event before? If so, how is it? We've gone to a similar festival in San Diego for the last 2 years and have loved it except for the fact that it's really crowded.

I have to agree with PM in that the 1st home tour was much better than last years perhaps, due to Bryan Forward's involvement. Judgment for this years tour is obviously pending. I also have to agree with sdmod in that just having perhaps driven by these homes in the past doesn't give the same effect...

Re: UCLA class on the the value of architecture Sep. 10

The second half of the day features a home tour of at least four architecturally significant properties that have recently sold or are presently being marketed for sale 1 of the 4 homes pictured in the e-mail that I received today concerning this (sold out and I just received the e-mail today?) is ...

Marty, great house as is Chimay's. It's also great that you and Chimay have a common bond. I'm sure that he told you of the upcoming home tour in San Diego. I loved the double Darrell story. Hilarious!

I don't know the name of the tile company yet. I am NOT withholding information from the board. Is that what you are inferring? I just don't know where the tile comes from, yet. These reps that I deal with, they don't like to give out the names of the companies they represent because then how are t...

Both? Can't do PS & Pasadena in the same day. Yes, the Bass House is suppossed to be complete. I saw it when it was for sale and then when it was undergoing restoration. I would sure like to see it completed. However, I haven't missed a psmodcom show yet.

No one that I've had any personnal experience with or, that I've seen their work in person. Hoping not to drive any work away from my friend Bryan, I very much like the work of Kathleen Ferguson as seen in Atomic Ranch Issue 1, Sunset and here: http://www.kathleenferguson.com/
