Paypal is impossible

Paypal closed my account. i sent 6 Eames hi back management chairs to a client in TX. He told paypal they never arrived. Paypal returned his money without notifying me. The client eveentually sent them back 6 weeks later.

I tried to contact to reopen the account but they are impossible.

Thanks, the house was designed by Paul Edward Tay in 1950 for the Draper's. It is in Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach. Super great nieghborhood, very friendly, we love the pool. I did an second story addition in Orange county years ago. I added a steel column in a 8X4X4 concrete footing to add shear to the garage to support the second story. Thanks for all the suggestions. The roof has n=been leaking for some time. We are getting a mold inspection on Thursday and will make a decision to withdraw our offer or move forward at that time. No these are north of PCH at Prospect street. I was told they were designed by A. Quincy Jones. Some are in good condtion. Alot were remodeled. The houses were sold on leased property which was owned by an oil company which has sold the property to the owners. I can post photos later this week.
