Try to find a library that still has old issues of Architectural Digest and look through the very late fifties and the sixties and you will find it choc full of Hollywood Regency examples. AD was black and white still at that time.

Many ex-Pizza Huts have lost the mansard, but there were a couple in southwest Wichita that still had the trapezoid windows that betray their previous life. I don't get to those parts of Wichita anymore.

Here is a product that I have been looking at for a low pitch metal roof. The roofing must be a smooth standing seam style with a minimum of a 16" wide pan. (Not for the solar trellis)
