Legendary Don Wexler was born & raised in Minneapolis, and graduated from the University of Minnesota's School of Architecture.

I call dibbs on this house (should I win the Powerball tomorrow as planned):

The listing says Wexler, but does not say Don Wexler. Has anyone contacted Don to see if this is in fact one of his houses? It doesn't look like any of his work that I've seen. Don moved to L.A. in 1946 to work for Richard Neutra. Then he moved to Palm Springs. So in 1950, the year of the house on this listing, he was living on the West Coast. So this house seems unlikely to be his. If I remember correctly, he did do a steel prefab in MN in the early 1960's, but this isn't it.
