$25,000 !!

MLS# 782111

It's rough, but the brick work is all intact. It was empty for a while.
The neighborhood is lower to lower/middle class- although not where most would want to live, but for a $25,000 MCM, what do you expect?

It's near the town of Braddock. A fascinating story.

Great link, Spins! What a sad--yet amazing--story. Braddock is a decrepit yet adorable little town. I drove through there once, a decade or so ago. Reminded me of a smaller version of Detroit.

BTW, despite its somewhat, rough reputation, Pittsburgh is a fantastic city. $25k in the "bad" P-burgh suburbs isn't particularly a bargain, but that's a promising looking house.

John Fetterman is eight inches, 125 pounds, and several tattoos ahead of me, I'm afraid.

Next time through Braddock, put on a bulletproof vest and have your .45 ready to go. The building that's spray painted "kill whitey" is a reminder of this. It's a shame what happened to this town. What a sh*t hole. The house listed is about only 5 minutes from Braddock, but it is in a slightly better neighborhood. It's funny that Braddock got brought up since their new police car is sitting 10 feet away from me out in the shop.

You did hit it when you mentioned Primanti's though!
