I've driven through there a couple of years back and thought the same thing. Though, I noticed the square footage is only 1038 for a 3 bedroom. That makes it smaller than even the smallest of the LB 3 bedrooms.

Interesting. I could swear I saw another pocket of homes just like this somewhere else out that way. (Heck, maybe it was that neighborhood after all. I didn't make a good mental note of the location.)

I'd definitely be interested in hearing who designed/built these places if anyone ever happens to dig up the info.

while several builders copied and were sued by May, several architects were designing similar homes. I would not be surprised if those were P&K designs. unfortunately everything in this house has been remodeled.

I don't know...these don't seem "May" enough to me to be outright ripoffs.

As for P&K...their neighborhoods are usually pretty easy (to me, at least) to identify. The interior has some of their cues...but the exteriors and the general layouts just don't seem characteristic enough. Some of the houses are L-shaped (similar to some of Gilbert Leong's designs) or have an extra room in the front next to the garage--both of which are features I don't recall seeing in their "starter" neighborhoods.

Hmm.
