This is a very nice home on a choice mid-island double lot that could
be subdivided. I'd be tempted to buy this myself and develop the 2nd
lot if we weren't so happy with our present further down-island home.
For information contact: Jody Epstein, Broker @ Ewing & Clark.

How about a direct link to the listing, posted in the Mid century Modern Real Estate thread?

So, which house is the one that is currently for sale? This one?

If you know the who the agent is, or have the address is should be easy to search for the "listing" You can put the address into a search box on Redfin for instance. Once you have a link copied and ready to paste, start a new thread in this section:

http://www.lottaliving.com/bb/viewforum.php?f=10

Be sure use the protocol of titling the new topic starting with the city and state. Just go to that section and read some of the topics posted about house for sale. Many are muli-million dollar houses that are posted mainly for us to looky loo. But there are also some more affordable places. Putting some of the ones you know about, either because you originally built them or just think they would be good candidates for your updating services is a good way to help make that happen. As any good marketing guy knows, networking is important. The internet has made that explode.

I'm going to rework this whole post-

egads- As to your- "So, which house is the one that is currently for sale? This one?" No,
this isn't the one-
although it would fit well on the adjacent lot that could be subdivided.

I'm going to rework this post
per your kind suggestions. My
thanks for your help on this. J-
