Tujunga, CA. 1951 Mid-Century Post & Beam

This home was built and lived in by Victor Sease, a local developer of two mid-century post & beam tracts in the area; Descanso and Manzanita Slope.
This home is in the Descanso tract, a block away from a Pierre Koenig-built home, and two blocks from the Angelus Forest.

Despite what the listing states, this is *ultra-low density* RAK-1 zoning (horses) and cannot be sub-divided. Despite some insensitive remuddling, the home is most definitely a post & beam, not a bungalow.

I've lived around the corner from this property for 7 years and it is a great neighborhood!

Although the roof looks flat, it is actually sloped.
