Absolutely beautiful! This is not my favorite eichler design nor do I like painted wood ceilings but this one I really like...

You could do he insulating foam thing and still keep the same look in and out apparently it's possible.

Beautiful home but even for as pristine as it is it's dramatically overpriced for this area. More power to the sellers if they can get that price though.
