I love these A. Quincy Jones homes in Crestwood Hills! Built in 1950, doesn't get more Mid Century than that

I agree! Some awesome designs came out of the Mutual Housing Association. Some of Jones's coolest stuff, for sure. It's covered in a book I have (A. Qunicy Jones by Cory Buckner). Lots of great vintage photos. What's interesting to me is that even though these homes are extremely modern (IMO), the first set of 10 plans the architects turned in were actually rejected as "too modern". So they went back and designed 15 additional plans. They eventually submitted a booklet with 28 designs, of which (according to my book) 8 were used for construction.
