"The home was painstakingly restored/renovated in 2011. Great efforts were made to keep the integrity of the home and it's walls of glass, vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, double sided fireplace, and clean lines. The owner hired renowned architect John Blanton, who worked with Neutra in his early years. Taking nearly 2 years to complete, the home is now a showcase and represents a time gone by. "

Personally..I'm not a fan....the listing suggests this house was restored and I just dont see it. Way too many updates made that dont seem to make sense. This is nothing close to a restoration and those pavers are awful.
There is an LA Curbed article on the same house that shows the condition of the house before the work was done... They demolished original features of a Neutra and are calling it restoration.
Here is the article

It appears I'm not the only one who is less than impressed

Aside from the hurt-my-eyes-driveway I personally like it. I would look at this as more of a remodel though (the way I'd personally prefer to live my daily life in), as it's not a time capsule recaptured.
