1335 Romulus Drive... great 1961 Mid-Mod by Richard Fleming, in the Adams Hill area of Glendale. Wonderful views through all-glass walls to Glendale valley and Verdugo + San Gabriel Mountains beyond. Has had some modifications, but still an exceptional opportunity to own an exceptional house.

Architect Richard Fleming graduated from the USC architecture program in 1960, a time in which many notable modernist architects were on faculty and the school became associated with a regional post-and-beam modern style that was widely influential. He worked for the firm of Buff and Hensman while in school and returned as a partner during the mid-1960s, serving as lead designer on the Case Study House #28 (1965).
