These aren't exactly what you are looking for, but definitely in the spirit of a mid century drawer pull. Couple of chrome options. Maybe you can call them and see what else they have.

I thought this would be an easy one, i know the ones you're talking about. those are my favorite pulls! (they kind've look like a cadillac emblem from the 50's right?) rejuvenation used to carry them, but i don't see them on their website anymore :? http://www.rejuvenation.com. it might be worth calling them to see if they have any left. they were in the 1950's area (atomic age) of their old website. they are not cheap if you need a lot, but they make quality things. i got mine on ebay (i know.. :| ) under 50's hardware i believe... sorry, i wish i had better news, good luck...

I have some that are not chrome. I will have to look and count them. You could have them chromed I think. You are welcome to them. I'll update once found and counted.

Here are some other types. The more U shaped ones are extras.

OMG! I did it!

(although it took all afternoon) Thanks for making me figure it out. And a big thanks to dilettante who had the simplest answer in a test message thread. I am going to try posting one a little bigger.

Hey Scotty. How many extra pulls do you have of the ones on your cabinets? I may be interested.
Thanks,
Valery

great source for cheapo MCM Fixtures

Postby Slim and Gabby » Sun May 25, 2008 4:54 pm

Looks like you found what you wanted. I just got a nice plastic bag full o' similar ones for my bathroom at a thrift store. I think they were four bucks.

I have actually had EXCELLENT luck buying new old style (not repr0-they just still have 'em) hardware at Orchard Supply Hardware -sorry, folks, it's a West Coast thing, no website.

They have similar handles at about $1.50 ea. They have their own line of cheapo landlord stuff, including some good looking steel bathroom stuff that looks just like Motel 6 circa 1965. I got the little metal clothesline that goes across the shower, and the tissue dispenser that you inset in the drywall for next to nothin. They had the original Lucite toilet seat with seashell inset off the shelf. Sweet. They also stock the dishmaster all the time....we just bought one and put it in same day.

For folks who want a really authentic proletariat MCM kitchen- check out the Dishmaster:

We LOVE it, and the way it looks!
Pen-gu-ins is pracatically chickinz, and I hates to see chickinz cry so much, I has to put’em outta ther mizzery!
