New Book on History of Las Vegas by Me and RoadsidePictures

Postby lasvegaslynn » Mon Aug 24, 2009 2:03 pm

Hey guys,

Allen (RoadsidePictures) and I collaborated, along with postcard collector and long-time Las Vegas resident, Carey Burke, on a book about the history of Las Vegas.

"Las Vegas 1905-1965" is from Arcadia Publishing and is filled with postcard images not only of well-known iconic images but rarely seen images of diners, motels, Roadside Architecture and more. I

In addition, there is some great, little known history about the Classic Las Vegas we all know and love.

You can pick up an autographed copy of the book by going here:

Watch less Television (save for the Food Network and PBS), go to more art museums, listen to NPR, attend more Theatre and Opera, and you will be a better person!!!!!!!
DO IT NOW!!!!!!
