eBay: First Issue of Atomic Ranch

Postby rglater » Fri Nov 25, 2011 1:54 am

I put up a 20 issue lot of AR that just sold but I also have a Spring 2004 Atomic Ranch and will be posting individual issues #4, 5 and 7 this weekend.

in addition I will be putting up vintage mid century modern magazines such as USA Tomorrow (city planning)(what the future was supposed to look like), Architectural Forum, The Architect and Engineer, Echoes, Highway Traveller (from Greyhound), Progressive Architecture, Arizona Highways, Holiday and even Avant Garde.

I am not a dealer so I don't have inventory beyond the 3 dozen or so vintage magazines. I am working through some boxes of ephemera and other easily mailable items (I don't want to be responsible for packing set of bar glasses or the Frigidaire Flair glasses).

Be sure to scroll down to the bottom as I answered two questions from bidders.

Nuts isn't it? 175 was the highest price I've seen and my lot of 20 later issues went for 250. Don't anyone ask for a loan that money is going into pharmacy and doctor's pockets with maybe enough left fora set of Guardian Ware available locally and cheap.

Wow!
I remember thinking how crazy I was to pay AT a premium for some back issues years ago. I am missing 3, 5, & 10 myself. I just hope they retain value as I will need the money when I'm really old.
