Has anyone heard of this Neutra building?

Probably his last completed project...
Ribbed metal used as forms for poured concrete.
A bit "hasty", due to the fact that it was developed as a design-built project on a very fast schedule.

Hrm...so I guess the attribution is correct.

Last completed building huh...interesting. I'll have to try to find some more pics of it. It was brought to my attention by a friend who went to U Penn; he said the building was miserable to be inside.

Oh well...thanks for the info!
