Didn't I see that building in Good Times with Sonny & Chér, and Movin' With Nancy with Nancy Sinatra?

LOS ANGELES TIMES

CRITIC'S NOTEBOOK
1960s architecture: L.A. and the paradox of preservation
Modernism wiped out many historic buildings. Now the newer landmarks are targeted by wrecking balls. Oddly, the green movement could come to the rescue...

Oh yeah!

The artwork for "Mod Mod Mod Mod City" recalls that certain Stanley Kramer film, but now after seeing that commercial again, I'm wondering if Royal Crown, that "MAD MAD MAD MAD COLA" isn't somehow involved! :D

Once again, I'm SO living on the wrong coast!

The Home Sixties Home Tour on the 18th looks really cool. Unfortunately I procrastinated and didn't get my 2 tickets before it filled up.
If you know of anybody that can't make it for some reason I'd be glad to buy their tickets. Email me at jim@dinunzio.com

Thanks,
Jim
