Cabrol, Pierre Paul
May 1st, 1925 - October 8th, 2009
Pierre Cabrol, Los Angeles architect passed away at the age of 84. He was born in Aix-les-Bains France, graduating from the Beaux Arts in Paris in 1955. He was awarded a scholarship to M.I.T. where he was a student before coming to Los Angeles in 1957, where he spent a fulfilling career as an architect with the Welton Becket firm working on projects such as the Cinerama Dome, The Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA and his favorite project, the Grand Ole Opry.

He leaves behind his brothers Etienne and Bruno Cabrol, and sisters Jacqueline Gimblett and Therese Cabrol. His loving family of siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins will miss his humor, generosity and artistry.
