Why am I thinking this was called the De Anza theater or am I thinking of another similar building nearby?

These last few years seem to constitute a good moment (after a few bad decades) for some old theaters: Hollywood Palladium, Oakland Fox, Pomona Fox...
Of course we might note the losses, like the Westwood National (demolished 2007 or 2008)...
