A keen eyed Crenshaw cop alerted me to some changes at the 1947 Broadway-Crenshaw Shopping Center. The Broadway (now Wal-Mart) and the May Company (Now Macy's) are part of the "oldest regional shopping center in operation in the United States."

The mall was expanded and a bridge was built across MLK in 1988.
