RIP Movietown Plaza, Yukon Mining Co.

Postby nichols » Tue Jul 19, 2005 5:41 pm

"Billionaire developer" Alan Casden has purchased the Movietown Plaza shopping center at 7328 Santa Monica Blvd. and Pointsettia for a 3-acre housing and retail bonanza... The new project could be "up to 10 stories" Wow! All this according to the LA Business Journal...but no word on where all the colorful patrons of the Yukon will enjoy their 3AM waffles...

(Which is rare) they'll integrate it into the new project-they would have a built in convenient customer base. Riordan did it for the Original Pantry-there is precedent.
