Has anyone considered using it as a house? I think it would look swell. Just need to find the right residential lot.

in fact - one of our founding members was considering using it as a house...

but for now - we are fairly content with the current resolution we have from the developer to adaptively reuse key signature elements from the building:
namely
the floating pagoda
the metal screen
repeating curved concrete roofline
I'm gonna keep on the run... I'm gonna have me some fun if it costs me my very last dime.
If I wind up broke up, well, I'll always remember that I had a swingin' time

Anyone have updates? Is the building gone? Are they still going to use some elements of the old building?
