Oh, yeah, this is the good stuff.
A bag o' nuggets always makes ya feel ya got yer money's worth, no?
Their website was fun. I was glad to see candy smoking technology well represented. Candy cigs are the best! Slim remembers the chocolate ones, but I remember the white ones with the red dot on the end. The bubble gum ones had enough powdered sugar/starch you could blow on 'em and get a decent looking exhale. And the bubble gum cigars, well, they just need to exist.
Don't smoke as an adult, but gosh, it sure was fun as a kid, wasn't it?

Is that a light airy crisp or a hard crunch?
Good thing it's not in the city...

I just got some carmel corn from Dolles for my birthday a couple of weeks ago - did you grow up in the Reho area?
Thanks for reminding me to add Parkside Candy to the Retro Roadmap, and also reminding me I need to add this place to the site tonight, Mrs. Nelsons- Chelmsford MA:

Lewes, Rehobeth, Ocean City. Childhood fun and teen years working
Dolle's website only shows the OC location.

My husband grew up in Rehoboth, so we know Dolle's very well!
Here's a link to the Retro Roadmap writeup I did for it this spring:

I seem to make it back once a year. Thanksgiving or x-mas.
I wonder if Playland and the bumper cars are still there?
