Architect: architect Charles m Wickett (Fullerton)
Type: commercial building ?

Description: Model from Charles M Wickett, architect - Fullerton
I found this model in a garage sale along with other architecture related stuff. Found it pretty cool, specially the cars. Just wondering if the building exists or had ever been built.

BTW if someone could tell me why the first pic is displayed and not the others, it would be great for my sanity!

The Code is incorrect. Nice model. Do you have any idea where the building might be located? Berkeley is quite a common name.

with regard to the photos, looks like you left a space between
and the beginning of the url. It should all run together.

Thank you for the info about Wickett. So the address on the painting is actually Wicket's office address (in other post about 1001 N Spadra/Harbor).
And thank you for your help about the pics!

I'm not entirely sure. BUT- it does share more than a passing resemblance to a building in West Berkeley, CA at the corner of Ashby and ...I'm not sure....11th or 12th street?
It has had many incarnations, but I worked there when it was the old "Earth Hole" ...that is to say "Whole Earth Access" in the 80's. The outside stairwells would have been modified in the actual execution, but otherwise, it looks about right.
Very curious to see what you turn up.

Hmmm I'm a few cities over from Berkeley (my wife grew up their) If I can remember I'll try and look the next time I'm over there and if I find it I'll snap a picture of whats their at the moment. Thats a pretty big bldg seeing that it has a parking garage under it. I don't remember seeing such a big half glass bldg like this over there besides the BMW dealership and some sort of factory bldg on the other side of Ashby behind that wood work shop.
