Description: The second largest house (ca. 18,000 sqft.) Kereks designed when living in Brazil - later he moved to USA - and prossibly the one which best represented his style.

Holland family lived in this house until 1985 when they moved and rented the building to a kindergarden. The school left the house in 2008 after having it much deteriorated. The house was empty for more than 2 years and was finally demolished in 2011. At the time it was being considered to be included on Piracicaba's Historical Landmarks list.. Luiz Holland was a constructor and constructed many of houses in this style around the city, a few still standing.
