Dean Mora, a Los Angeles-area pianist, musical director, composer/arranger and orchestra leader has performed the styles of Roaring '20s jazz, dance tunes of the 1930's and 1940's in many Southern California historic venues. As a soloist, Dean has performed for several silent movie events such as the Silent Movie Theater in Los Angeles and the Nethercutt Museum.

Joe Rinaudo, a long-time, passionate film collector and devoted preserVationist, will present the films on his vintage 1912, hand cranked motion picture projector. Assisted by his good friend and associate, Gary Gibson, this presentation will include vintage glass slide shows, as they were viewed by film-goers back in the early days of the 20th century.

The Early To Bed Tent is the South Pasadena Chapter of the Laurel & Hardy Appreciation Society known as Sons Of The Desert. The "Sons" organization, named after the 1933 Laurel & Hardy classic comedy film of the same title, was formed in 1964 with the blessing of Stan Laurel. Since then, well over 200 chapters, called "tents", have been formed all over the world. The Early To Bed Tent of South Pasadena began in 2003 and meets six times a year on Saturday evenings. Our tent welcomes men and women of all ages to join us in honoring the lives and films of Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. For more information about the Early To Bed Tent, visit or call 818-760-7147.

The Los Angeles Theatre Organ Society (LATOS) is affiliated with the international American Theatre Organ Society dedicated to the preservation of these marvelous mechanical devices and the music associated with them. LATOS owns or is involved with the maintenance of a number of installations in the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
