His latest single is - "From the Floorboards Up" - I believe it entered the UK charts at #3! Very Jam sounding!

New album - "As Is Now" - released in the US on October 18th.

Check him out Live at KCRW: www.kcrw.org/cgi-bin/db/kcrw.pl?show_co ... _type=show

The MODGOD/MODFATHER has been on our shores all week!!!

Thanks for the Heads Up

Postby 60000MPH » Fri Sep 16, 2005 11:08 am

Am looking for the old Jam tracks. At one time I had them all on vinyl and tape. Alas, it seems like it has been eons sice I had them to enjoy. The Jam rule. period.

What you give is what you get.

Anyone got files they would share with me?

Or could you tell me where i might procure them myself?

Have an old mate who uses the share file stuff and he literally has tens of thousands of tracks on a terra byte mac. Crazy man. Gotta get on the nutella deal or something.

Cheers

Looking at sharing

Postby 60000MPH » Fri Sep 16, 2005 12:43 pm

I just so happen to receive many CDs from the labels but it is usually new punk rock and hip hop. At least its all a on a perk. Just got a couple stacks of Virgin discs like Stones classics and Iggy Pop and others. Still it would be nice to get The Jam back into my line-up.

Maybe we could barter a little. I just find the fact that a dollar a track is the best we can do to be a little out there. Vinyl with a phono pre amp and line conditioner and real smooth tupe amps is always the way to go. thin silver wire and cranking speakers.

Give me a DUAL table from the sixties any day over a harmon kardon CD player.

Cheers
