Los Angeles Auto Show

Postby lasvegaslynn » Thu Jan 12, 2006 10:36 pm

If anyone is going to the Los Angeles Auto Show the next few days be sure to stop at the Ford booth and see their concept car "The Fairlane"!

It is a thing of midcentury beauty!

They say it's two years away from being a reality but I would wait for it.

Chris,

I agree whole heartedly. My first car was a Ford Fairlane stationwagon.

Anyways, the one at the Autoshow is much more retro looking than the pictures circulating the web.

White on black. It was quite an eyeful. Wish I had taken my camera inside with me. :(

Gotcha

I haven't been to the Auto Show in a few years.. I like it when there is an exhibit or some special display or..... Any leads on cheap tickets? I think there are two this year.

Most auto dealerships have $2.00 off tickets available. Just have to go in and ask.
