I don't know if this has already been posted, but I found it to be really interesting.

Nice video of classic lighting. Too bad my favorites are left out, but I love the spun aluminum bullet lights. I had posted my intention to reproduce some of my favorites, but it may have been deleted?

I like a lot of these. I'd like something different from just a white globe light in my kitchen. I don't have a "modern" home, just a 1952 ranch, but we're giving it a retro flair. It's funny, if I tell people we're decorating "50's", they assume the decor is soda-fountain kitsch.

LightlyStarched,
I have the same problem with my friends - they think my love of 50's / 60's style is 'weird'. A friend of mine recently described my (danish mod) style as "art deco".
But then, I live in Waco, TX and if it's not huge rolled armed/overstuffed leather sofas or frilly curtains or big tin Texas stars all over the house, then I guess it's "weird".
Thanks for the link - I think I might have actually drooled a bit. Love the music too.
