Possible P&K sighting on Planet Green

Postby moderns-r-us » Wed Sep 01, 2010 10:32 am

I just saw this episode of Greenovate on Planet Green.

I was wondering is the house, which had drywall vaulted ceilings, might be a Palmer and Krissel design or maybe a Ficket. It did have a little of that MCM vibe going on in the exterior detailing, but the newer finishes and furniture were not period appropriate.

Any thoughts?

The house is in Costa Mesa -- The Estate I tract of Mesa Verde.

I can view Orange County tract home floor plans through Inside Tract.
Often, Inside tract has the builder's name. Sometimes the plans have the architect's name.

In this case, neither the builder or architect is noted.

However, I am pretty certain its not a P&K designed.
