There's a tract with interspersed modern homes south of Ventura College-
you enter on Claremont Drive. I happened to drive by and took a detour.
There's modern and traditional, the moderns have clerestory windows, they kind look like P&K and look circa mid 50's. Anyone happen to have more info.?

ran their Street View car through the neighborhood. This neighborhood seems to have been built starting in 1955 and wrapping up around 1958. I couldn't unearth any information about the builder or anything else that might be of use.
I'll definitely agree that the modern ones do look very much like P&K styled homes, but not enough for me to take a stab and suggest they did have a hand in this. However, Palmer & Krisel did do some more traditionally styled homes, such as their design work for the neighborhood in Northridge. Mr. Krisel once told me that they licensed some of their layouts out to other builders who liked the floor plans but didn't want to do modern homes. So anything is possible, I suppose.
